We recently received a raving testimonial from a client after a claim and we just had to share! She shares the importance of not just buying insurance on price, but working with an agent, like Aronson, who takes the time to explain the importance of the coverages as well as the differences between insurance companies in order to find the best fit.

“Last year we purchased a lovely new custom built home in Newton.  Our California Agent researched insurance agents in the area and suggested Aronson Insurance, known for top client service and professionalism.  Aronson Insurance provided us with proposals from several insurance companies, but suggested one company who specialized on insuring higher value custom built homes.  The premium was a bit more than some of the other companies, but our agent explained that in a claim situation this company was better suited to handle a home with significant custom features like the one we had purchased.
Fast forward one year.  We arrived home from vacation on a Sunday evening to a home with water dripping from the ceiling into our living room and kitchen.  We called our agent Kevin at Aronson on a Sunday night, and he immediately got the claim process in motion, by the next morning we had a cleanup crew coming into our house to dry out the water damage and within 24 hours the insurance company had already provided us with a written appraisal of the damage that we could give to our contractor so he could begin repairs.
