Customer Service is our principal focus. In 1919, agency founder Samuel J. Aronson coined the phrase “Sam Sells Service.” It set the tone for the agency’s future. His son, Norman C. Aronson followed suit, beginning in 1952, by signing every client letter with “At your SERVICE”, a practice still followed today. These were not mere slogans, but clues to the core focus and philosophy of the agency today.
Our organization remains clearly focused on our clients, and most supportive of our community. We are committed to listen to our clients and staff members who are valued participants in contributing to our agency’s success. We will pursue a continual process to improve our sales and service objectives by doing the right things right the first time, a philosophy adopted by current agency president Steven J.
